Missouri Democratic Party funds: What others are saying

ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Thursday that the Federal Election Commission published an audit in February finding that the Missouri Democratic State Committee had not properly tracked $1.2 million  from 2003-2004.
