COLUMBIA — Despite Randy Grim's allegations that Zootoo.com has not fulfilled its promise to provide a $1 million make-over to his St. Louis-based Stray Rescue, Columbia residents remain confident in the Zootoo contest. Columbia was named one of the top 10 finalists in this year's competition on Wednesday.
