ST. LOUIS — The George Clooney citings in St. Louis are coming to an end — shooting has wrapped up on the movie "Up in the Air" that has been filmed in the city over the past couple of months.
Cast and crew celebrated its time in St. Louis by having ribs served up by "Richard's Ribs" of Kirkwood.
Officials say the movie has generated more than $50 million for the St. Louis economy.
The film tells the story of Clooney's character, who is on a mission to rack up a million frequent flyer miles.
In January, approximately 2,000 extras were cast for the film. Thousands more lined up to audition.
