Missouri baseball gets No. 3 seed in Big 12 Tournament

When the Big 12 Tournament begins play Wednesday in Oklahoma City, the Missouri baseball team will enter as a No. 3 seed.

The Tigers will face No. 6 Texas A&M at 4 p.m. Wednesday in day one of pool play. On Friday, Missouri plays No. 7 Texas Tech at 3 p.m., followed by a game against No. 2 Oklahoma on Saturday at 4 p.m.

During the regular season, Missouri took 2-of-3 against Texas A&M, swept Texas Tech, and won 1-of-3 against Oklahoma.

The other pool consists of No. 1 Texas, No. 4 Kansas State, No. 5 Kansas and No. 8 Baylor. The winners of the two pools will play in the championship game at 1 p.m. Sunday.
