Crews are dismantling the scoreboard at Memorial Stadium in preparation for a new state-of-the art video display board at the north end of the field. The new scoreboard is expected to cost $3.5 million and will be roughly three times larger than the old scoreboard, according to MU athletics department spokesman Chad Moller.
