The parents of the couple are Ray and Sharon Adams of Ashland and Ronald Dee and Deanna Woods of Columbia.
The future bride is a 1996 graduate of Rock Bridge High School and attended Columbia College studying business administration and plant science. She is a floral designer and merchandise buyer for River City Florist in Jefferson City.
The groom is a 1991 graduate of Southern Boone County High School in Ashland and graduated in 1992 from Tulsa Welding School in Tulsa, Okla. He is an industrial welder/pipefitter for Fagen Inc. of Granite Falls, Minn.
The couple plans an autumn 2009 wedding at a country church in Boone County.
