Ryan has not received a fair hearing of his case. His first trial was skilfully orchestrated by the Prosecution to prevent all the facts being presented to the jury.
In a land that proclaims to cherish justice, this case will eventuatally show that Ryan Ferguson is innocent, and has been denied justice, by the system that was supposed to provide it.
He deserves a re-trial, and to have all the facts presented to a competent jury.
I am confused about so much, but one thing that is really bothering me is the lack of evidence linking the boys to the crime. I mean no evidence, no prints, no blood or anything points to either of the boys, especially the hair. This supposedly took place after two young men spent the evening drinking & claim to be intoxicated. A sober person couldn't pull off such a crime. Where is the weapon? If they, as Chuck stated, had went back to the bar, which was relatively close, where was the tire iron? I do not recall Chuck saying where he got the tire iron from. There have been people sentenced to death on one strand of hair, but they cannot link anything to these boys, other than Chuck's story? It makes no sense, none what-so-ever. How about the bloody footprint? No blood on their clothes, their hands, their hair... all that blood & the blood spatter and no blood on them, it's outrageous. I think the investigation was sloppy and there should be a new investigation that takes place, re-examining all of the evidence. I feel horrible for those whom are convicted of a crime for which they are innocent.
