Suspect arrested in Cole Camp slayings

COLE CAMP — The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a suspect has been arrested in the murder of three central Missouri residents earlier this month.

The bodies of 15-year-old Taron Luetjen and her grandparents — Donnie Luetjen and Sharon Luetjen — were found June 9 at their home in Cole Camp, a community of about 1,000 people about 115 miles southeast of Kansas City. They each died of a single gunshot wound.

The Highway Patrol says it is not providing any further information about the arrest until a news conference at 6:30 p.m. Saturday in Cole Camp.
