COLUMBIA — Thumper Entertainment reimbursed the city the $38,000 owed from last year’s Roots 'N' Blues 'N' BBQ Festival at Monday’s City Council meeting. Columbia Missourian local government editor Scott Swafford and reporter Abby Rogers say there has been a debate on the level of city support for the festival.
