Pierce finish 14th in 200-meter breaststroke at U.S. national swim meet

Leah Pierce concluded her trip to the U.S. national swim meet by finishing 14th in the 200-meter breastroke on Saturday evening by swimming a 2:32.01. Pierce advanced to the finals earlier in the day by finishing 16th in preliminaries with a personal best time of 2:31.89.

Pierce capped off a respectable week at the meet that started with her advancing to finals in the 100-meter breastroke on Thursday. She swam a personal best in the 100-meter as well in preliminaries with a 1:10.87 and finished up 16th overall.
