COLUMBIA — A new look is coming to the intersection of Old 63 and Broadway with the addition of dual left-turn lanes to provide more space for motorists.
The intersection marking is part of a larger project to mark 20 streets in Columbia over the next two weeks.
Lane marking for the intersection is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. Thursday. After completion, marking will begin on Trimble and Conley roads, Public Works Department spokeswoman Jill Stedem said.
In a news release, the Public Works Department urged motorists to use caution when in the area and to find alternate routes to avoid delays.
