Goats, horses, cars and floats were just some of the sights to see in the Boone County Fair opening parade on Saturday in Columbia. Families lined Broadway from Dorsey Street to Fifth Street, and children waited their chance to gather up candy, beads and other goodies that were tossed from the floats.
