COLUMBIA — Columbia police are searching for the man who robbed Rangeline Liquor Store early Sunday morning.
According to a Columbia Police Department news release, at about 12:45 a.m. on Sunday, a man entered the store at 905 Safari and demanded money from the clerk. The robber took the cash register drawer and fled on foot in an unknown direction. The man is described as white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a thin build and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a long red shirt and carrying a metal bar.
Neither the clerk nor the customers present were injured, according to the release.
