People of all faiths profess a responsibility to love our neighbor, whether stranger or friend. We have an extraordinary opportunity to put that belief into practice by speaking up for health care reform. What more convincing argument could there be to support a public health insurance option? What better method to get the job done than by contacting our legislators and local and state newspapers immediately with the clear message that all of our sisters and brothers must be assured of quality health care without exception?
We at Rock Bridge Christian Church are scheduling an outdoor candlelight vigil 8 p.m. Saturday at the church, 301 Green Meadows Road. to emphasize a moral vision for our health care future. Will you do the same?
