Missouri captures Auburn Soccer Classic

A tie was a enough to give the Missouri women's soccer team the Auburn Soccer Classic championship.
The Tigers played to a 1-1 game with No. 25 Vanderbilt on Sunday in Auburn, Ala.

Vanderbilt's only goal came three minutes after the start, and Missouri scored early in the second half on Alysha Bonnick's header.
Both teams had scoring opportunities in the two overtime periods, but neither team could connect.
Missouri (4-2-1) earned the tournament title with the help of Auburn's 3-2 defeat of Texas Tech.
