Notebooks? Check. Textbooks? Check. Habanero pepper? Check. Students and members of the community were able to get a bit of shopping done on campus at the MU Fall Farmers Market on Thursday. Offerings at the market included produce, baked goods, homemade sauces and even pickles. About 15 campus and off-campus organizations had booths at the market, which was organized by the Department of Student Life and the Wellness Resource Center. The market was held to educate students on healthy food. MU held another farmers market in April to celebrate Earth Day.
