The Missouri Tigers used a trick play — a 40-yard touchdown pass from receiver Danario Alexander to receiver Jared Perry — and several other long passing plays to blow out the Furman Paladins. It was the first touchdown pass of Alexander's college career. Quarterback Blaine Gabbert threw for 256 yards and three touchdowns.
