Correction: That rain started at 3pm just like AccuWeather.com had predicted on line off their web site.
There was a tiny spit of rain during the Chump Change concert at Flat Branch and another during Heather Limes at 7th and Locust but it really started pouring at 3pm during the Jr Brown concert at Peace Park right at 3pm. This still did not deter many from enjoying the concert though.
That thing of not bringing Umbrellas sure did cause alot of concert goers to get awfully wet.
Heather Miles...sorry for the miss spelling.
