PrintROCHEPORT— Sheriff's deputies investigated the death yesterday of Kenneth Rall, 50.
Rall was crushed by the loading arms of a skid loader in the 9200 block of Graham Road, Maj. Tom Reddin said. Sheriff's deputies believed he was unloading items off of his flatbed trailer with the small, tractor-like machine. He got onto the flatbed with the skid loader still on it. The loading arms of the skid loader were lowered, and Rall was crushed.
The Boone County Sheriff's Department received a call yesterday at around 9:36 a.m., when Rall was found by his wife.
The incident happened within the 22 hours previous to the phone call, which is the last time anyone spoke with Rall.
