COLUMBIA — Members of the Society for Creative Anachronism gathered in Peace Park on Saturday for a scribe seminar and practice fight. SCA members are all volunteers and came to town Saturday from as far as Nebraska.

 

 

A 23-year-old veteran, Rod Hauser, also known as Sir Hirsch Eichman, was king for the first time Saturday. "The memories and experiences are incomparable," Hauser said.
The Society of Creative Anachronism met Saturday in Peace Park for a scribe seminar and some practice fighting. Saturday's event attracted SCA members to travel Nebraska foe daylong classes.
