VIDEO: 6th Annual Hinkson Clean Sweep forced to change location

COLUMBIA – Although weather conditions changed the location from the Hinkson Clean Sweep to the Flat Branch Tributary, volunteers still came out to clean up debris in Columbia’s streams.
