COLUMBIA — An airport master plan that outlines $64 million in projects to Columbia Regional Airport over the next 20 years was approved recently by the City Council.

Much of the plan calls for runway reconstruction, scheduled to take place over the next three to five years.

Columbia Missourian Public Life editor Scott Swafford and reporter Chris Canipe joined Eric Durban on KBIA's "The Beat" to discuss the airport plan.
