Missouri soccer team loses final regular season match

The Missouri women's soccer team was unable to finish the Big 12 Conference schedule undefeated, losing its final match of the regular season 3-2 at Kansas.
The loss dropped the Tigers to 12-5-3 and 7-1-2 in Big 12 play. Alysha Bonnick and Michelle Collins each scored their seventh goals of the year. Bonnick’s gave Missouri an early 1-0 lead and Collins’ cut the Jawhawks lead to 3-2 in the 83rd minute.

The Tigers will still be the No. 1 seed in the Big 12 tournament this week. They are set to play at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in San Antonio. Their opponent has not yet been determined.
