ST. LOUIS — Special programs are being planned at the Gateway Arch to recognize Veterans Day.

The National Park Service said from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Veterans Day, park rangers will portray a frontier soldier and a military surveyor at the museum located under the Arch. They'll also talk to visitors about life on the American frontier.

The Park Service also said it is waiving a $3 fee at the Arch on Nov. 11, though visitors will still have to pay for tram rides and movie tickets.
