Firefighters with the Fire District were dispatched at 8:17 a.m. after a neighbor reported the incident.

The fire began in the garage and spread to the front of the garage, front eave of the house, attic and roof. Firefighters extinguished the fire within 15 minutes of their arrival, said Division Chief Gale Blomenkamp of the Fire District.
