ST. LOUIS — Gov. Jay Nixon is outlining his latest funding plan for higher education.
Nixon is to hold news conferences Tuesday at universities in St. Louis and Springfield to announce an agreement regarding future funding for Missouri's public colleges and universities.
The event at the University of Missouri-St. Louis is to start at 10:30 a.m.
A similar event is scheduled for 1:15 p.m. at Missouri State University.
