COLUMBIA — A $17 million downtown development project, slated to include apartments and retail space, has been dropped by its developers. The use of tax increment financing was previously approved for the project on the corner of Tenth and Locust.
Columbia Missourian editor Scott Swafford and reporter Elliot Njus joined KBIA's Eric Durban on The Beat to discuss development downtown.
