COLUMBIA — The Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing program is a stimulus program designed to help those who are homeless or on the verge of homelessness get off the street.
The city of Columbia adopted the grant worth $405, 358 to the budget last December. Lutheran Family and Children Services is one of the 3 agencies that will receive the funding to help those in the community find shelter.
