COLUMBIA - The Missouri men’s basketball team continued its dominance at home with an easy victory over Fairleigh Dickinson.
Missouri (6-3) extended its homecourt winning streak to 24 in the Tigers' 87-36 victory over the Knights (1-9). Every player, including little-used guard Jarrett Sutton, received plenty of playing time in the rout of Fairleigh Dickinson
Missouri used a 20-0 run at the start of the second half that included a flurry of three pointers and fast break layups the Tigers have become known for at home. Missouri’s defense held its opponent to just 16 points in the second half and just 21 percent shooting for the game.
Kim English led the Tigers in scoring with 20 points including eight of the team’s first 12 points to start the game.
