COLUMBIA - Missouri defensive end Brian Coulter has been named a finalist for the Rudy Awards. The award is based on “Four C’s,” courage, contribution, commitment and character. Coulter is one of three players nationwide that are finalists for the honor. The award’s Web site mentions Coulter’s living in foster care and his having to relocate because of Hurricane Katrina as obstacles he overcame. The winner of the award will be announced Jan. 11.
