I saw that the Sheriffs Office is turning the case over to the Prosecutors Office. My question is: WHY????
The story is the intruder broke in the front door & the homeowner shot him.
OPEN & SHUT CASE OF HOMEOWNER DEFENDING HIMSELF!!!!!!!!
Why does a lawyer have to say SELF DEFENSE!
