COLUMBIA — A Columbia man was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated Monday, according to a Boone County Sheriff’s Department news release.
A deputy stopped Leo B. Robinson, 58, for an equipment violation, saw signs of intoxication and performed a sobriety test.
Robinson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana. Robinson was in custody at the Boone County Jail and bond had not been set Tuesday evening.
Robinson has had seven earlier convictions for driving while intoxicated and 14 earlier convictions for driving with a revoked driver’s license, according Missouri Case.net.
