COLUMBIA — No one was injured in a Thursday morning collision at the intersection of Providence Road and Ash Street, Columbia Fire Department Capt. Eric Hartman said.
A Ford Expedition and a Ford Mustang collided as the Expedition was making a left turn into a Break Time gas station.
When firefighters arrived, the Ford Expedition had flipped onto the driver’s side, next to the Providence Road entrance to the gas station. Fire crews extracted the one occupant, Ashton Eibel, 26. Eibel declined medical treatment.
The driver of the Ford Mustang was Jaime Nava, 18. Nava had one passenger in the car at the time of the accident.
