COLUMBIA — The East Campus Neighborhood Association will meet with the City Office of Neighborhood Services on March 1 in City Hall.
The office was created in October as part of the Neighborhood
Response Team, which consists of various city agencies including the
Police and Public Works departments, to work alongside other groups to
address neighborhood concerns and quality of life issues in Columbia.
