ST. LOUIS — St. Louis Children's Hospital has launched its own iPhone application for pediatric symptoms called Kid Care.
The app, launched in January, is free and may be downloaded from iTunes or from the hospital's Web site.
The application helps parents decide what medical care is needed and how to treat a child at home. Selections can be made from 88 pediatric topics.
The hospital also has a phone line to help with more challenging symptoms. The St. Louis Children's Hospital Answer Line can be called at (314) 454-5437.
