KANSAS CITY — The eldest of six family members accused of molesting young relatives two decades ago will not go to court until next year.
The Kansas City Star reported that a Clay County judge has set Feb. 22, 2011, as the trial date for Burrell Mohler Sr.
Mohler will be tried in Liberty after a change of venue from Lafayette County to Clay County.
His brother, Darrell Mohler, is scheduled to go on trial Sept. 13, also in Clay County.
The two men, along with the four sons of Burrell Mohler Sr., are charged with raping young relatives over roughly a decade beginning in the mid-1980s.

Throw all of them in the same cell and let them do what they want to eachother. They deserve to rot for what they have done to innocent children. On crimes like these, I firmly believe that they Do Not deserve a fair trial. Lock them up and throw away the key. I have a son and if anything like that happened to him well there's no telling what I would do. I wouldn't take any pity on the individual responsible I can tell you that!
Really, no one deserves a fair trial? Based only on evidence from the police and no presentation from the defense? I'm sorry, but even the most despicable person deserves their day in court to face their accusers and own up to their deeds, if convicted.
