Zootoo renovation of Humane Society begins to take shape

COLUMBIA — The Central Missouri Humane Society hopes to begin Zootoo renovation
construction within 5 to 6 weeks said Alan Allert, the society's executive director, Tuesday evening.
The society plans to submit construction plans to the city by the end of the week.
“We’re on the brink of the beginning,” society board president Jim Loveless said as he discussed the status of
the highly anticipated Zootoo renovation.
