COLUMBIA — Anthony J. Tunstall, sought by police in connection with a shooting outside Waffle House on Vandiver Drive, turned himself in to the Boone County Sheriff's Department on Tuesday.
Police said in a news release that Tunstall fired shots into a group of people outside the Vandiver Waffle House early in the morning on March 11. No one was hurt.
