It gives me great pleasure to recommend Sarah Read, a candidate for City Council for the Fourth Ward. I am well-acquainted with Sarah and her family through the First Christian Church, which we all attend.
Sarah's warm interest in people, her desire to listen and her skill in helping people make decisions were all evident when she chaired the administrative board of our church. Her work on behalf of Columbia Public Schools and other community groups is well-documented and further proof of her desire to use her talents to serve Columbia.
With her on the City Council, I am certain Columbia will continue to become even better than the wonderful city it now is.
Please join me in voting for Sarah Read, who will be an outstanding addition to the City Council.
Moray L. Kiehl lives in the Fourth Ward.

Warm? Didn't she lose her temper at some visioning meeting. I read it either here or on the Trib.
I don't know her, but I do know that some current council and others have very big issues with the way she handled the Cross Creek mediation. She was paid big bucks by the developers to help sell their side. I don't see how anyone can support what those guys did to the environment on the east end of Stadium. Tracy Greever-Rice has my support. She is a proven leader without ties to Columbia's "dark side" of development.
