COLUMBIA — Earth Day celebrations that were postponed to this weekend should go on without a hitch, said Peace Nook employee Samuel Morse, unless there is torrential downpour.
If there is minor rain, the festival will be moved from Peace Park to Elm, Eighth and Seventh streets. The final decision whether to cancel the festival due to inclement weather will be made Sunday morning.
Morse said there were no changes to the schedule of events.
