Is picture 13 from the protests/riots in Greece?
The photo appears to be taken from the riots in Greece.
The Economist magazine, a weekly British publication widely read here in the USA, has a wry sense of humor. Their magazine cover for the current issue shows the Acropolis in Athens with several black helicopters flying over it. The helicopters are labeled "EU," IMF," etc.
In the lower right hand portion of the cover is a shot of the German chancellor, with a determined look on her face and dressed in very spiffy camo battle fatigues.
The caption is "Acropolis Now!"
[I love the smell of Euros in the morning, it smells like victory!]
