COLUMBIA — The National Weather Service in St. Louis forecasts possible thunderstorms starting in late afternoon. Hail could develop, though it’s too early to estimate the size.
Sporadic thunderstorms could turn into storms with high winds, possibly more than 60 mph overnight.
