Paul Boyd on Tuesday appeared before a judge who agreed to continue the
case until June 8. It is not certain if a trial date will be set at
that time.
Jetton is a Republican who served as speaker of the Missouri House form 2005 to 2009. He served in the House from 2001 to 2009, representing most of Bollinger and Wayne counties.
