Ann Street to close for a week for construction

COLUMBIA — Ann Street, between East Walnut and Windsor streets is scheduled to be closed Monday through Friday, according to the Columbia Public Works Department.

The reason for the closure is for stormwater improvements. Those traveling near the area should use caution in the construction area, and Public Works suggestsusing an alternate route if possible.  

Weather permitting, the street should reopen Friday, July 23 at 3:30 p.m. For questions, contact the Public Works Department at 874-7250.
