COLUMBIA — A pizza delivery man was knocked down and had his pizzas stolen early Friday morning.
A 26-year-old pizza delivery man was attacked at 1313 Rosemary St., according to the release. He was attempting to deliver two pizzas at about 2:30 a.m. to Apartment A of the residence, when two men in their twenties exited Apartment B. They directed the delivery man to go around the building to find Apartment A, where a third man ran and knocked him down, stealing one of the pizzas. The man then ran westbound toward College Avenue.
Also, a 22-year-old Columbia resident reported her car stolen at about 11 a.m. Friday from the parking lot of The Reserve at Columbia apartment complex, 2500 S. Old 63. She noticed it was missing at 8:30 a.m. The vehicle is a burgundy 1995 Buick LeSabre.
The police are encouraging anyone with any information regarding these two incidents to call Crime Stoppers at 875-8477.
