Presiding Commissioner (53 of 53 precincts reporting)

J. Scott Christianson: 6,087 votes; 70.52 percent

John Sam Williamson: 2,545 votes; 29.48 percent

Associate Judge, Division 5 (53 of 53 precincts reporting) 

 Larry Bryson: 4,596 votes; 51.36 percent

Kim Shaw: 4,353 votes; 48.64 percent

State Representative, District 21 (25 of 27 precincts reporting)

Republican:

• Mike Becker: 997 votes; 36 percent
• John W. Cauthorn: 1,776 votes; 64 percent

Democrat:

• Kelly Schultz: 1,431 votes; 100 percent
