COLUMBIA —   The Citizens Review Board meets Wednesday in the Columbia City Council Chambers to decide whether  appeals from two Californian marijuana legislation reform activists are legally valid. The activists filed an appeal regarding the Feb. 11 SWAT raid, a video of which was posted on YouTube. They have no ties to the area or anyone involved in the raid.
