Hickman softball wins two at Troy Tournament

The Hickman softball team defeated Timberland and Clopton at the Troy Tournament in Troy, Mo. on Friday night.

The Kewpies beat Timberland 2-1 and Clopton 4-2.

Karley Mirts drove in Darian Harvey and Sydney Washington to give Hickman the win over Timberland in the first game.

In the second game, Allie Disinger led off the 6^th inning with a double and was scored by a Paige Nelson single. Nelson later came around to score on a Riley Wilson double. Wilson notched the extra-inning win after Nelson doubled to score Disinger in the 8^th. Nelson later scored on a passed ball to finish the scoring.

The Troy Tournament continues tomorrow at 9 a.m.
