21 cases and only two reports called in according to the GoColumbiaMo Police logs. I wonder if the police thought to get a hand print off the left front fender of these vandalized vehicles because just standing there puncturing a tire free hand gives a person not a very good base but if they braced themselves off the fender that gives them three points of stability to brace from and then swing the object used to puncture said tires.
