Condition of woman who fell at Quinton's upgraded

COLUMBIA — The condition of 19-year-old Kelsi Poe has been upgraded from critical to serious. The Columbia College student fell at Quinton’s Bar and Deli on Sept. 4.
According to a previous Missourian report, police said Poe fractured her face, neck and skull in the fall, and had a blood alcohol level four times the legal driving limit. She is at University Hospital.
